2007 FICTION CONTEST RESULTS


First Annual Eleventh Transmission Fiction Contest

Eleventh Transmission
thanks the judges for their hard work in reviewing all the stories and grading them on time.  
We also thank all the local, national, and international authors who entered the contest.  On all points it was a
resounding success and we hope that all of you consider entering the
Second Annual Contest.

prizes for the competition.

Without further ado...

First Place
The winner of $200, a Pages in Kensington tote bag, and a $20 gift certificate to Pages in Kensington is Rachelle
Pinnow
of Calgary, Alberta with her story titled, "The Dog Fence".  Click the title to read it!

Second Place
The winner of $75 and  a Pages in Kensington tote bag is Philip Rivard of Calgary, Alberta with his story titled, "Sitting
on Saguaro".  This story will be published in the next issue of Eleventh Transmission.

Third Place
The winner of $50 and a Pages in Kensington tote bag is Felicia Pacentrilli of Calgary, Alberta with her story titled,
"Suicide King".  This story will be published in an upcoming issue of Eleventh Transmission.

Fourth Place
The winner of a new paperback copy of Richard Ford's Sportswriter is Anne Sorbie of Calgary, Alberta.
